Crestabond M1-04 has a working time of 3-5 minutes and fixture time of 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 18-25°C. It has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored out of direct sunlight in temperatures between 2°C and 23°C.

Crestabond M1-04 is a toughened acrylic adhesive with a 10:1 curing ratio and is part of our Crestabond range. It is designed for use in industrial applications due to its compressive strength and resistance to tough environmental conditions, and has a gap filling capability of up to 15mm.
This adhesive is suitable for primer-less application on composites, thermoplastics and metals, however the bonding surface should be clean and dry before use. By requiring minimal surface preparation, Crestabond M1-04 helps to increase productivity while reducing production costs.
