Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation is received. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but are very seldom. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you to notify you.
If an order is urgent and you require the order to be fast tracked, please contact us directly so we can make the necessary arrangements. This may incur additional delivery costs.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
|LOCAL OVERNIGHT||Usually the next business day.|
|MAIN CITIES OVERNIGHT||1 – 2 business days.|
|ROAD FREGHT||2 – 5 business days.|
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on the shipping location and total volumetric mass of goods. Pricing will remain fixed up until 25kg, thereafter an additional fee will be charged per kg. For large orders please contact us directly to arrange an alternative shipping method.
Standard fixed rate delivery costs will apply to all main centres throughout South Africa. There are no regional surcharges, however some select towns may have surcharges, or require special trips to be arranged. Some towns are also only serviced on certain days. This information will appear next to the suburb on checkout.
Please refer to the Postal Code List in order to determine which area you fall under and how it affects your shipping.
Local Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Cape Town and orders need to be placed by 12pm to be delivered the next business day. These orders may not exceed 50kg.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
All domestic shipping is handled by our shipping company, The Courier Guy. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your Waybill number. To track your order, please use Track & Trace. Please allow a couple hours for the tracking number to be activated.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
ALLIED FIBREGLASS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ALLIED FIBREGLASS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Any loss or damage must be identified immediately at the time of delivery and reported to ALLIED FIBREGLASS telephonically or via email.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
