Purpose: The tiecoat provides durable protection against environmental stress.
Properties: Isophthalic Pond Resin resists temperature changes, provides additional adhesion, and creates an extra base for the topcoat.
Application: Once the primer is dry, apply the tiecoat evenly for lasting coverage.
