Vinyl Ester Resin

Crystic® Resin VE679-03PA is a pre-accelerated, DCPD modified, vinylester resin, developed for use as an infusion resin with a wide range of gel times dependant on catalyst type and level.

Crystic® Resin VE679-03PA has excellent blister resistance and significantly reduces the occurrence of print through.

Crestamould is easy to apply and achieves good coverage. There is no gassing of the gelcoat ensuring a very low porosity surface. It cures with a standard MEKP catalyst.  Crestamould Gelcoat 15PA (B) has excellent resistance to fibre print through when used with Crestamould VE679PA skincoat, Crestamould RTR4010PA or Crestamould Resin 474PA.

Crestamould® Gelcoat 12PA is an Iso/NPG brush tooling gelcoat with good heat and chemical resistance so suitable for making moulds.

Crestamould Gelcoat 15PA (S) is a superior performance vinylester spray tooling gelcoat. It is used for making moulds designed to have a long service lifetime and retain high gloss levels after multiple pulls.

Crystic® VE 679PA has been developed for use as a skin coat in marine and tooling applications. It has excellent blister resistance and significantly reduces the occurrence of print through, to produce durable mouldings with an enhanced surface finish.

Crystic Resin VE671 is a quick curing non accelerated and non thixotropic epoxy bisphenol vinylester resin with outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of substances at room and elevated temperatures. Suitable for laminating and filament winding. It has Lloyds approval and can be used in Marine, Chemical resistant, Building and Construction, Industrial and Transportation applications.
