Crestabond® M1-04 Structural Adhesive

Crestabond M1-04 is a toughened acrylic adhesive with a 10:1 curing ratio and is part of our Crestabond range. It is designed for use in industrial applications due to its compressive strength and resistance to tough environmental conditions, and has a gap filling capability of up to 15mm.

This adhesive is suitable for primer-less application on composites, thermoplastics and metals, however the bonding surface should be clean and dry before use. By requiring minimal surface preparation, Crestabond M1-04 helps to increase productivity while reducing production costs.

M1-05 has a 10:1 curing ratio which allows for fast yet effective setting and curing, with a working time of 4-7 minutes and fixture time of 12-18 minutes when mixed with an activator. Both the adhesive and activator, as well as the bonding surface, should be at a workshop temperature of between 18°C-25°C before application.Crestabond M1-05 has a shelf life of 12 months and is supplied in quantities ranging from 50ml to 180kg. Crestabond is a new generation of structural methacrylate adhesive, designed to be used for almost any method of assembly.
Thanks to its primer-less application, this adhesive is simple and easy to use, with minimal surface preparation leading to reduced production costs. M1-20 has a working time of 16-22 minutes and a fixture time of 25-35 minutes at a workshop temperature of 18 to 25°C, even on vertical surfaces, speeding up the assembly process and increasing productivity.M1-20 structural adhesive is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications, including those with demanding structural and environmental requirements.
