Marbocote

Marbocote® 227CEE is designed to release all types of epoxy, phenolic, polyester (GRP) or vinyl ester resins from steel, aluminium or composite moulds. Marbocote 227CEE is an advanced polymeric resin in a non chlorinated organic solvent blend. Marbocote 227CEE is applied by a simple wipe-on technique; there is no need for rubbing or polishing. The Marbocote 227CEE is durable and capable of giving many releases per application. It will not contaminate the released surface.

High temperature liquid mold release wax suitable on all FRP tooling, metal and other hard surface molds.

Suggested use: Polyester, epoxy and Urethane resins open mold hand or spray lay up; Resin transfer/injection ( RTM/RIM) ; Vacuum bag and compression molding.

Marbocote PK4 is ideally suited for applications where high slip is required such as releasing abrasive, complex or deep draft components. The product is easy and quick to apply and produces a durable film capable of giving many releases before re-application is necessary and will not contaminate the released surface.
