Crestamould Vinyl Ester 690 PA is a high-performance vinyl ester laminating resin specifically designed for the construction of durable, high-strength composite molds and parts.

Crestapol 1210 is a low viscosity resin suitable for use in closed mould processes. It has excellent toughness and can be highly filled with additives such as alumina trihydrate and calcium carbonate. It is not advised for use in open mould applications.

Crystic 125PA is a quality orthophthalic based unsaturated polyester resin developed specifically for the manufacture of GRP mouldings.

Crystic 125PA is a polyester resin of medium viscosity which meets the requirements of BS3532 : 1990, as a Type “A” resin. It can also be used for flat surface laminations. Laminates made with Crystic 125PA have good mechanical strength, high rigidity and impact resistance, and excellent
dimensional stability. Its curing properties make it especially suitable for fast production processes when used with the recommended curing system.

Crystic Primecoat can be applied wet-on-wet up to a thickness of 1.5mm in one operation without sagging or draining from vertical surfaces. The material hardens rapidly and when cured can be easily sanded to a very smooth finish which can be polished to a surface glossy enough for many applications. Where higher gloss and/or hardness is required it can be surfaced with Crystic Glosscoat.

DIABREAKER is a vacuum line made of a non-woven polyester filled with thermoplastic microspheres, laminated with a release film, and holding a spiral tube which maintains the vacuum all along the product.

• DIABREAKER avoids over-consumption of resin by slowing down the resin as soon as the flow front gets into contact with it, while keeping the resin moving forward, and maintaining a good vacuum level.
• DIABREAKER allows to drain entrapped air bubbles, to get fully infused fibers,
• Thanks to ELA20 release film, the product is easily peeled off from the part during demolding operation.
