Part of the Crestabond family, M1-20 is a toughened, two component 10:1 acrylic adhesive, and is ideal for the bonding of composites, metals and thermoplastics.

Crestabond® M1-60HV/2 is a sandable toughened, two component 10:1 acrylic adhesive designed for bonding composites, thermoplastics and metals.

This new generation of structural methacrylate adhesive meets the bonding requirements of most assembly operations. Demonstrating excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts.

With a working time of 50–70 Minutes, fixture time 110–140 minutes and a gap-filling capability of 1–50mm.

Such applications include panels, inserts, internal frames, ribs, internal core materials, composite constructions and car body components. Crestafix 621CC 85 provides high shear-strength bonded joints without the need for mechanical fixings.

Crestamould is easy to apply and achieves good coverage. There is no gassing of the gelcoat ensuring a very low porosity surface. It cures with a standard MEKP catalyst.  Crestamould Gelcoat 15PA (B) has excellent resistance to fibre print through when used with Crestamould VE679PA skincoat, Crestamould RTR4010PA or Crestamould Resin 474PA.

Crestamould® Gelcoat 12PA is an Iso/NPG brush tooling gelcoat with good heat and chemical resistance so suitable for making moulds.

Crestamould Vinyl Ester 690 PA is a high-performance vinyl ester laminating resin specifically designed for the construction of durable, high-strength composite molds and parts.

Crestapol 1210 is a low viscosity resin suitable for use in closed mould processes. It has excellent toughness and can be highly filled with additives such as alumina trihydrate and calcium carbonate. It is not advised for use in open mould applications.

Crestapol 1260 is a urethane acrylate resin with low viscosity, suitable for infusion and resin transfer moulding (RTM) at vacuum levels down to -1.0 Bar. This resin is compatible with carbon fibre reinforcement materials and sizing agents, has high-temperature performance, high strength and toughness, and exceptional water and hydrolysis resistance.

Crestomer 1152PA is a pre-accelerated two-part structural adhesive based on unsaturated urethane acrylate in a styrene monomer. Crestomer 1152PA adhesive has excellent fatigue and impact resistance as well as reduced styrene emissions.

Crystic® 491PAT is a versatile pre-accelerated unsaturated polyester resin with good water and chemical resistant properties. Crystic® 491PAT was developed for use in a wide range of critical applications which require toughness combined with water and chemical resistance. Crystic® 491PAT is thixotropic and can be applied by either brush or spray equipment and may also be used in the pultrusion process for the production of profile sections.  Crystic® 491PAT is suitable for the fabrication of high performance boat hulls destined for use in warm and tropical waters.

Crystic 783 LVLR Infusion ISO Resin is a low-viscosity, low-styrene, isophthalic polyester resin formulated for infusion processes. It is designed for use in composite manufacturing, offering excellent mechanical strength and resistance to chemicals and water.

Crystic 125PA is a quality orthophthalic based unsaturated polyester resin developed specifically for the manufacture of GRP mouldings.

Crystic 125PA is a polyester resin of medium viscosity which meets the requirements of BS3532 : 1990, as a Type “A” resin. It can also be used for flat surface laminations. Laminates made with Crystic 125PA have good mechanical strength, high rigidity and impact resistance, and excellent
dimensional stability. Its curing properties make it especially suitable for fast production processes when used with the recommended curing system.

Crystic Primecoat can be applied wet-on-wet up to a thickness of 1.5mm in one operation without sagging or draining from vertical surfaces. The material hardens rapidly and when cured can be easily sanded to a very smooth finish which can be polished to a surface glossy enough for many applications. Where higher gloss and/or hardness is required it can be surfaced with Crystic Glosscoat.

DIABREAKER is a vacuum line made of a non-woven polyester filled with thermoplastic microspheres, laminated with a release film, and holding a spiral tube which maintains the vacuum all along the product.

• DIABREAKER avoids over-consumption of resin by slowing down the resin as soon as the flow front gets into contact with it, while keeping the resin moving forward, and maintaining a good vacuum level.
• DIABREAKER allows to drain entrapped air bubbles, to get fully infused fibers,
• Thanks to ELA20 release film, the product is easily peeled off from the part during demolding operation.

DIADRAIN is a flat resin or vacuum channel. It consists of a three-dimensional polyester filament core structure wrapped in a non woven polyester sleeve.
